Overview

This Robus Athletics program targets all muscles in your body. During this 4-week program, you will have 3 training sessions per week with one or sometimes two rest days between the workouts. The duration of the workouts is about 40 minutes.

To complete this training program a Robus training device is needed.

The program’s workouts are conducted in English.

Bryan has a background as a former professional volleyball player and over 20 years of personal training experience in the gym, Bryan is a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Bryan’s primary focus is to guide his clients toward their objectives safely and efficiently, demonstrating unwavering dedication to progress and personal growth. By utilizing scientifically proven methods that yield tangible results while minimizing the risk of injury, he ensures a comprehensive approach to training.
