Full body workout
Robus Language: ENG Participants: 19
This Robus Athletics program targets all muscles in your body. During this 4-week program, you will have 3 training sessions per week with one or sometimes two rest days between the workouts. The duration of the workouts is about 40 minutes. To complete this training program a Robus training device is needed. Please send your inquiries about the device: info@fitq.me. The program’s workouts are conducted in English.
