Training program in collaboration with Robus Athletics that targets the muscles in your lower body.

Overview

This Robus Athletics program targets the muscles in your lower body. During this 4-week program you will have 3 progressing training sessions per week with one or sometimes two rest days between the workouts. The duration of the workouts is 20-30 minutes.

To complete this training program a Robus training device is needed.

Katrena invites all fitness fans to train with her on this 4-week journey to get the strongest lower body you have had and also boost your energy levels. She has worked as a trainer for over 10 years and is one of the most popular trainers in Estonia. During this time Katrena has not lost her passion for instructing fitness trainings. Her favourites are strength workouts.
