You can do this warm up before every workout or whenever You feel like it. I consider warming up as one of the most important parts of the workout, since a good warm up can make or break the workout. After warming up your joints, you lower your risk of injurie and prepair your body for activities better. warming up helps to: - increase the blood flow to your muscles - wake up & loosen up if you feel stiff - raise your body temperature - prevent injuries - get motivated ... sometimes you gotta start slow before going extreme :D
