15 min lower body
Finaly a lower body workout for your leg and glute muscles. A strong base is nesecery for a strong body. This is a great quick workout that you can do daily. Since the excercises are not very hard you can challange yourslf and do 2 or 3 circles. Feeling strong? :) I would sudgest switching up wourkout types and work on all muscle groups from day to day.
