Welcome to August!

The first week of the Weekly Challenge came to an end last night. The goal for the entire week was simple yet challenging: a daily score of 60 or more for seven consecutive days. Anyone who achieved this earned their first raffle ticket.

Week 1 is complete

Yesterday’s entries are still open until 12 p.m. today. If you forgot to log a meal or need to make a correction, now is your last chance to do so. After lunch, we’ll lock in the first week, and the first raffle tickets will be credited to the top performers’ accounts—you can see them on the campaign page next to your weekly circle.

Each successfully completed week earns you one raffle ticket, or one vote in the final drawing. The grand prize is a €1,000 Estravel gift card, which we’ll raffle off on October 4 among all the collected tickets. There are ten weeks in total, so there are ten chances to win—missing one week doesn’t cost you a chance, but every successful week increases your odds.

Week 2 is now officially open: Three workouts

A new Week Challenge began today. This time, the goal is to have a physically active week.

August 3–9. Complete at least 30 minutes of exercise on three days during the week and log them in the app or on the platform. Once you’ve completed three such days, the challenge is complete and you’ll earn 1 raffle ticket.

Here’s a quick FAQ to make things easier:

  • Workouts from the same day count together. 2 × 15 minutes in the morning and evening also adds up to 30 minutes.

  • You need three days out of seven. Rest days are allowed and won’t ruin anything. After all, they say that the progress we make from working out actually happens while we’re resting.

  • Workouts logged across all platforms are tracked. This includes workouts in the FunTastyQ Fit app, Gymwolf gym workouts, FitQ workout videos, and syncs from Apple Health, Google Fit, and Strava.

  • In your Gymwolf gym workout log, we calculate duration based on sets—about 10 completed sets equals 30 minutes.

The week runs (*checks the clock*) through Sunday, August 9. If you complete three workout days by Wednesday, you’ll immediately receive a raffle ticket—the rest of the week is just a bonus.

New on the platform

FitQ

  • Marking a rest day—you can now officially mark a day as a rest day without breaking your workout streak. As we’ve said, rest is part of training, and our platform now supports this approach.

  • Article review questions and knowledge points — In addition to physical abilities, you also need to develop your knowledge. You can now do that on our blog. We’ve introduced a new type of article where, after reading, you can test yourself with a quick quiz.

FunTastyQ Fit

  • Challenge overview on funtastyq.com — view this week’s Challenge and your accumulated raffle tickets.

  • The web app now speaks your language—the daily view, adding food, recipes, daily score, onboarding, and the entire website have been translated, and food items are displayed in the user’s language.

  • Faster feedback in the daily view — calories update immediately when you add a meal, not later.

  • Mobile app fixes — Android 1.60.07 resolves an issue where editing a meal could cause foods to disappear; iOS 1.60.02 includes several bug fixes. Later today, version 1.60.3 should be available for both platforms, allowing you to answer the quiz questions at the end of blog posts.

We wish you a wonderful new week and three great workouts!

The campaign runs from July 27 to October 4, 2026. Each successfully completed weekly challenge earns you one entry into the grand prize drawing, which will take place on October 4. We’ll contact the winner via the email address on their FitQ account.
