The end of the year is a busy time for many companies. Stressful situations, increasing workloads, and dark, cold autumn weather can leave employees more fatigued and contribute to work-related stress, affecting them both mentally and physically. It is therefore important for workplaces to pay greater attention to employee health, as healthy employees are more productive and perform better.
Work-related stress can be relieved and prevented through small changes, such as encouraging employees to be physically active. Exercise helps them recover from daily pressures and avoid mental health problems. Sports and physical activities supported by the organisation play an important role in any strategy to prevent employee stress. Social exercise also helps strengthen team spirit, which has weakened as working from home has become increasingly common.
We invite all companies to get more active this December and join the fun, fitness-focused FitQ Die Hards Challenge with their team. Work runs more smoothly when you have a strong, healthy team.
Teams consist of 3–5 members, participation is completely FREE, and the top teams have the chance to win prizes!
