My name is André Machado and I have a B.Sc in Sport Science by the University of Évora in Portugal. I ended up in Estonia, after doing my exchange program at University of Tartu, where mostly I focused in exercise/sport biology subjects. I have done specialization as fitness trainer and personal trainer, courses delivered by "Manz Produções", the biggest fitness education company in Portugal, company that also is responsible for delivering Les Mills courses for Portuguese market. I work at gym as personal trainer and as small group trainer - functional training. I have also worked for 4 years as strength and conditioning coach for dryland training of youth swimmers and triathletes.
