Free yourself from work stress with a sporty team event!

The end of the year is a busy time for many businesses. Tension, increasing workloads and dark, cold autumn days lead to increased fatigue and work stress among employees, which manifests itself both mentally and physically. It is therefore important for work collectives to pay greater attention to employee health, as a productive and healthy worker is more productive.

Work stress can be alleviated and prevented by small changes, such as encouraging physical activity among workers to help them recover from everyday stresses and avoid mental health problems. Sport and physical activity, supported by the organisation, is an important part of a strategy to prevent stress among employees. Social sporting activities can also help to build team spirit, which has been weakened by the increasing prevalence of home office working.

We invite all companies to be more active in December and participate with their team in the fun and sporty FitQ Throwing Souls Challenge. Work goes smoother when you have a good and healthy team.
