How to have a healthy Christmas?

The Christmas period and the month of December each have their own traditions. There's usually a wait for snow, lots of Christmas food and gingerbread, and the weekly TV show "Visa soul". But what about sport and active movement, exercise?

To help you have a healthier Christmas, we have three simple suggestions:

  1. Get more exercise in the fresh air.
  2. Eat more fruit, such as tangerines, instead of sweets.
  3. Try to do at least 3 home workouts every week.

To make it easier for you to keep a sporty streak, FitQ has put together a fierce offer for you - let's welcome Christmas with a sporty FitQ Breathless Challenge!

Rather than wait until the first of January to turn over a new leaf, or spend the whole of December decorating the sofa (yes, it's comfy there, we know), FitQ is offering a free workout challenge. It gives everyone the chance to exercise with their friends, try out new workout styles, complete the challenge as a team and FitQ will also be raffling off lots of prizes for the successful challenge teams!

We invite all those who are already familiar with FitQ and those new to the sport to form teams of 3-5 members and join us. In order to participate, you need to register an account on the FitQ platform and one team member needs to register a team. If you can't find members for a team, don't worry - we'll help you find friends and we'll be happy to put together teams for you.

Challenge training is provided by five trainers, the sessions are live and supervised and you can join in from wherever you like. We start on 01 December! Join and be the Most Visible Soul of Christmas 2022!
