Participants in the JõuluQ Energy Challenge rated their fitness at the end of the challenge as half as good

The first challenge in FitQ ended with a great result. At the end of the challenge, we received feedback from 48 participants out of 193 who started the challenge. On average, the respondents gave a score of 4.67 out of 10 for their fitness at the beginning of the challenge and 7.13 at the end of the challenge. The difference in scores was as much as 2.46 or 52% from the initial score, so it can be argued that those who successfully completed the challenge scored their physical fitness essentially half of what it was at the beginning.
