The challenge is free for every FitQ user. The more weeks you complete, the more entries you collect. To take part, follow the instructions given for each week.
The campaign runs from 27 July to 4 October 2026. Every successfully completed weekly challenge gives one entry into the grand prize draw held on 4 October. The winner will be contacted by the email address on their FitQ account. Full terms are available in the campaign rules.
