FitQ CEO Marti Soosaar finally decided to launch his own channel on FitQ. The reason and motivator for this is the personal challenge of waking up at 5am and starting the day with a morning workout for 66 days in a row. You can read about why this personal challenge was born here From Marti's personal blog.
But let's find out what FitQ users could gain from this personal challenge? Marti Soosaar answers.
"For FitQ users, this means the opportunity to wake up at 5am with me and do these training sessions. To start, a light 20-minute workout is planned at the beginning of each workday, with the aim of getting slightly wet. This is followed by a second workout in a 15+5 format, 15 minutes of stretching and 5 minutes of relaxation.
I can't promise that I can go live every morning, I might have to do some of my training without an audience. Although the fact of an audience isn't really fundamental to the challenge in itself. It's even unlikely that the crowd will go along with it en masse, as starting at 5am is certainly not the most popular choice. In any case, I'm doing this challenge for myself, and whether or not to go along with it is everyone's choice. After all, the workouts are still up on FitQ to follow, so they can be taken as just short 20 minute sessions at a time that suits you.
The first three days of this challenge have been very energetic and effective for me personally, so my recommendation today is for everyone to try it at least once."
