Based on the information from the first two weeks of the ChristmasQ challenge, we can also draw some conclusions about what time people like to exercise at home. On a daily basis, the most popular hour is between 19-20 in the evening, while Sunday is the most popular day of the week.
While historically the viewing times are a little more evenly spread between 7am and 8pm, among the participants of the ChristmasQ Energy Challenge the evening zone between 6pm and 10pm is a little more dominant. The most popular hour is between 19 and 20, when 12% of the followers work out for the day.
An even bigger difference between the challenge and the normal situation comes when we look at the training sessions by day of the week. During the challenge, the most popular day is Sunday with as many as 17.5% views, at other times Sunday with Saturday is at the end of the line with around 10% views, and the most popular training day is Tuesday with 19% of the week's training. It turns out that a trainer with us is also like a good student, who puts in the most effort during the session. After all, Sunday is the day when the weekly rankings are locked in, and then many have to prove that their team has achieved its goal for the week.
