By training in pairs or pairs, you share responsibility and support each other. How to build better friendships? Easy - find a gym buddy!
In the run-up to Valentine's Day, you might feel a little sad if you don't have as many friends as you might like. NOTE! However, quality is more important than quantity! Right?!
But the importance of a friend is something we completely agree on. That's why we're now calling on everyone to. FitQ members to invite their friends to the challenge. It's better together. By the way, an exciting fact - one school in Tartu has already assembled a 47-member team! Isn't that great! I'm sure there are people among them who didn't know each other before, but are now building a great relationship for a common goal!
