Feedback from 2023 participants

Done! Wind speed close to 12m/s. 😅 But I escaped the rain during the 10km run, so thanks to the weather. Time 1 hour 10 minutes. I couldn't even run 100 meters 3 months ago, thank you very much! I have outdone myself many times over. Thank you Margus, thank you FitQ team.🥳

Yay! Done! Time 1.07. Feeling great! My family came to the track to cheer me on and I told them I'd meet them at the finish in 1,5 hours. I didn't know I could run that fast. Thank you FitQ! Couldn't have done it without you. It was a mega fun 3 months. I think I learned to enjoy running.

It was so cool! Thanks to the programme I did 10km from scratch! I barely made it in 1h, but that was only thanks to my sister living with me and running with me in some places. Super feeling! It was hard at times, but I got wet because of the sweat, not the rain and that was great! It was cool to watch the whole course of runners on the Friendship Bridge. It was really hard, but the wind was up and the feeling stayed OK until the end, no walking. Thanks to everyone involved, it was a lovely end to the programme!

I have already praised this programme to the skies above, and I will continue to do so now. In today's world of speed and hustle, it is possible to train with an instructor even if you live in the countryside. I set myself a marathon but, due to circumstances, chose 21 km. The 10 km time was 1.15. Nothing special as I have run that time before but this time I thoroughly enjoyed the run. In the past, from the 5 km onwards, a sequence of suffering started and the end often turned into a slog. I put the enjoyment down to the training. So far I have been running , but I have not thought about technique. I propose to repeat it next year, and then I will do 21 km and 42 km. Thanks again for this journey.
