Discover the power of Gina Bergmann's Friday yoga retreats: be part of the magical flow of yoga retreats

Have you ever dreamed of a workout that's good for both body and mind? With Gina Bergmann's Friday yoga classes, it's easier than ever! Last year at FitQ, we enjoyed her inspiring Vinyasa yoga programme, which incorporated a holistic approach - increasing flexibility, muscle strength and helping to relieve stress at the same time. This year, the yoga retreats are making a comeback, and from 24 January to 2 May, you can join Gina for a total of 15 yoga sessions at FitQ Premium. NB! Classes are in Estonian.

But let's take a closer look at why Gina Bergmann has become the number one yoga teacher for so many people and how yoga can help your body and mind to shine.

Who is Gina Bergmann?

Gina Bergmann is an experienced yoga teacher, specialising mainly in Vinyasa style. To many, she is known for her joyful and encouraging approach: she helps beginners to get to grips with yoga postures at a leisurely pace, but also knows how to give advanced practitioners a fresh challenge. Gina's past students praise her open communication, precise instruction and ability to make everyone feel safe and supported.

Why do yoga once a week?

  1. Improves mobility and joint health: Regular stretching and strengthening of the muscles strengthens the back and improves circulation.
  2. Reduces stress and tension: Yoga helps to relax both body and mind, giving you a chance to take a break from everyday worries.
  3. Developing concentration: Concentrating on the breath makes it easier to notice the moment, which also trains mental capacity in everyday situations.
  4. Energy balance: One yoga class a week can be enough to feel more energised and full of zest for life throughout the week.

Specificities of Friday yoga classes

Gina Bergmann's Friday classes at FitQ are specially designed to offer beginners and experienced yogis alike the opportunity to let go of the stresses of the week. Classes are structured on the principle of progressive difficulty: first warming up the body with light Vinyasa flows, then moving on to more intense postures that offer an exciting challenge. The class concludes with a soothing final stretch to experience an even deeper sense of well-being.
