How to unsubscribe from FitQ?

For a Premium subscription #

If you wish, you can unsubscribe from FitQ Premium at any time by going to your account desktop.

From the profile menu, select Settings and then Purchases. If you have a valid order, there is a cancel button next to it, which you can click to cancel the order. If you are cancelling an order, we would also appreciate it if you could leave us feedback as to why you are currently unsubscribing. This will create the expectation that we can develop the product in the future in a direction that will again help you achieve your goals.

No cancel button? #

If your order has a time limit, a cancellation button will appear after the time limit has expired. We have Basic and Platinum plans with time limits, and some Premium plans with contract.

If you're on a time-limited package, the date from which you can cancel your subscription will be shown next to the subscription.
