How does the Friends of the Month challenge work?

    All you need to join the challenge is a FitQ account, nothing else. You don't need to sign anything, you don't need to promise anything to anyone. If you don't already have an account, create it in a few simple steps.
  2. Collecting points
    Every activity you do in our system gives you valuable points. Do a video workout, arm curls, using our AI or through a workout programme. Keep track of your points in your personal account to know how far you are from 5000 points.
  3. Follow the news and take advantage of bonus opportunities
    We'll be giving away special offers, discounts and promotional codes throughout the month. These will help you earn points faster. Keep an eye on our social media channels, newsletter and website to make sure you don't miss out.
  4. 5000 points full? Hooray!
    If you reach 5000 points during the month of February, you will automatically be entered into a prize draw for a €100 gift card in our online shop. The sooner you reach this goal, the better. Maybe you can go one round further and collect 10 000 points?
