Free Day Training - FitQ constantly evolving opportunity for all!

Have you ever found yourself thinking, "I'd like to move more and exercise, but I don't always have enough time or money?" That's exactly the kind of worry our Free Day Training (TPT) concept. FitQ creates the opportunity to daily on one training video created by FitQ on its own training video platform available completely free of charge.. Why are we doing this and what benefits does it bring to users and the wider community?

What is a Free Training Day?

  • A new video every day. The TPT changes from day to day, offering a varied and versatile workout. One day the focus may be on strengthening the core muscles, the next on a more intense HIIT workout.
  • Access for all. Regardless of income or time constraints, TPT gives you the opportunity to start or continue your training journey - free of charge and conveniently directly on the FitQ platform.
  • Content created by FitQ. Our team works hard every day to bring you a great training experience. Initially we will only offer a free day of training in Estonian, but we may expand this concept to other languages in the near future.

    Because every day is New from With Free Day Training, we can continually bring into focus different training styles, muscle groups and trainers. In addition, it gives us the opportunity to create engaging content on our social media channels - sharing exciting training tips, tips on performance techniques and motivating people to try new exercises.

    TPT also opens the door to the world of training for those who, for financial reasons, can't afford a regular personal trainer or sports club packages. In this way, we are doing our part to make healthy living accessible to as many people as possible.

How to get a Free Training Day?

Go to the FitQ platform. Open the FitQ website on your computer or smart device and enter the address. fitq.ee/free and you're in today's free training. The only thing you need is a FitQ account, which shouldn't take you more than a minute to do via email or social media.

Regularity is the key to healthy habits. Start or end your day with a FitQ Free Day Workout. You'll get extra energy, a better mood and a step closer to better physical shape throughout the day.
